The interactive 3D model was produced on behalf of the Contra Costa Transportation Authority and the Alameda County Transportation Commission using FORUM8’s award winning 3D Visual Interactive Simulation technology VR-Design Studio (formerly UC-win/Road).
The consulting engineers on this project were Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., of Oakland California.
